Important Note About Insurance

Many plans have varying coverages. It’s important for you to check with your insurance company to determine what coverage you have for office visits and/or hearing-related equipment.

Some plans require written referral forms from your primary care doctor. Please be sure to bring the referral with you when you come in, or we may not be able to see you.

We accept most insurance plans, but please be aware that we cannot and do not recommend any particular insurance company.
Coverage for your hearing aids and fitting exams depends on the plan you have. For example, Medicare (Part A and Part B) doesn’t cover hearing aids or fitting exams.
